106. What does the Holy Spirit desire?

The Holy Spirit not only desires to influence us nor only to be with us as a guest, but also to live in us, to fill us and to rule over us.

You know Him (the Spirit of truth), for He dwells with you and will be in you. (John 14:17)
If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. (John 14:23)
Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? (1 Corinthians 3:16)
Be filled with the Spirit! (Ephesians 5:18)
