68. What do I realise from the fact that God wants to save me from destruction?

I realise that despite my sin, God still loves me and has mercy on me.

• Through the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:22-23)
• Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you. (Jeremiah 31:3)
